If you’re always looking for ways to develop bigger and more defined arms, I’m glad you stumbled upon this article.

In this article I’m going to go over the brachialis muscle of the arm and how to target it to help bring your arms to a whole new level.

What is a brachialis?

Simply put, the brachialis is a muscle in the upper arm that flexes the elbow joint. It’s the little muscle between the biceps and triceps and it’s something that is highly neglected by almost everyone that trains arms.

This can be detrimental to your arms gains because if developed properly, the brachialis will give you a bigger and wider looking arm.

A great brachialis workout with dumbbells and barbbells will include 3 main exercises.

  1. Dumbbell hammer curls across body
  2. Reverse grip ez bar curl
  3. Dumbbell or rope hammer curl

If you’ve neglected the brachialis muscle in your training, it’s best to start off with performing these exercises first in your workout. This is so you can put all of your focus and effort into really hitting the muscle hard.
